Review Of WINGS PARK HOTELS & RESORTS

To hotel authorities and MMT, kindly redefine the amenities section of the hotel. While booking AC wasn't mentioned and it was described as shared bathroom. Since travelling with family, I was worried.Booked it since other options werent available.But it was a perfect stay. Staff was very cooperative. Washroom door lock was damaged which they corrected immediately and also attended our quires promptly.

Nice room. Clean calm and quit. Balcony area bathroom all are superb. Services is very much better.

Room air-condition is very bad. No neatness in the balcony area. Not proffered to anyone.

We had 2 nights stay. Room was good but not maintained properly. No hot water and the staff denied arranging hot water. No room cleaning. TV channels were not activated. No WiFi. Staff argued to offer facilities. Very good location. But the property needs to be maintained properly.
