Ginger Kochi MG Road

You cannot have a good sleep as middle of the night you shall be woken up by a terrible sounds coming out of the AC vent due to a war between a cat and mouse. No doubt their AC vent is full of rats. Rooms are clumsy with less ventilation and noisy.

Stay was good, rooms were clean but had a problem with wifi connectivity..Also need to pay 25% for early checking ..rest it was a good stay

The stay was ok however the food was pathetic not up to the mark.

Everything was excellent but brake fast and dinner sorry to say experience was pathetic after informing steward about food should be kept warm but on 2 occasion food was served without heating which made experience sad

Such a great place to stay. I have to particularly stress on how exceptionally nice the staff were. I had an urgent interview scheduled after my check out and was looking for a quiet space for it. The receptionists were keen enough to let me use the board room and ensured I was there without any disturbances. I really am grateful for such warm attitude and responsiveness towards their guests. Im coming bqck to this place whenever I visit Kochi.

Excellent service and clean and neat room. Highly recommended for short trips. Ideally located in the centre of the town

We had to wait for an hr for our room to get allocated inspite of prior booking. The intercom did not work. Had to go down from 4th floor and tell 3 times to send a person. extra pillows were given after 3 calls once the phone got repaired. Most of all AC wasn't working properly. Breakfast spread was ok. Ala carte lunch was superb.

Unapologotic and ignorant staff . Denied us extension booking saying all rooms were occupied . We were ready to pay for rooms . We had kids with us . our flights got rescheduled . But we found rooms available through makemytrip. These guys are not at all friendly to talk . they are money centric not hospitality centric even for basic needs . Had this bad experience with Ginger MG road , kochi . Never ever gonna book them now.

It was a pleasant stay at this affordable rate in the heart of kochi.. service was excellent.Had all the amenities.

ac was not working. Pipe leakage was n bathroom. Rooms were small and in total experience was not upto the mqrk for the price i paid

AC NOT WORKING VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ROOM SERVICE WHEN WE ENTER THE DUST BIN WAS FILLED WITH LOT OF STUFF AFTER WE INFORMING THEY CHANGED LIKE WISE WE HAD SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES

The location is excellent, the food satisfying, and the staff truly elevate the stay with their professionalism. I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Stay is good but look like old property it is ok food average amenities hair dryer not available and shoe polish not there

Great service and warm hospitality. Checkin experience was smooth, requested were accomodated. Food was great, portions could be more. All food except a pest problem, there were too many cockroaches in the room. Perhaps due to the rains. Pest control could solve issue. Great stay nonetheless.

Overall a good experience as always there is a room for improvement would suggest that the staff needs to be more courteous they seem to be a long face like they are not happy to work its just my view no complaints

There is too much delay at reception, and there are not enough clean rooms. There is no hot water in the washroom.

Room is not so much Clean. There are few insects like cockroaches & flies are there. Also the washroom there is no hot shower working. Similarly there is no cupboard or wardrobe there to place my dresses.
