The apartment is very spacious, prime location, good caretakers, everything was up to the mark except cleaning. The room was a bit dusty all over, the floor, table, everything, and even the bedsheet had some dusty smell. Rest everything was good. So we ourselves cleaned it then everything was pleasant.

The room was very clean and the balcony view was beautiful. The property location was very easily accessible. The balcony view was just amazing.

Far away from city and food is expensive I will not suggest because of too far location amenities mentioned was not working pool was not in cons

The lake view room was great! The place is quiet. The gastropub is a pleasantly surprising addition to the stay. Great food. We had a small hitch with electricity and room change but the staff was very courteous when we voiced our discomfort with moving rooms and was very welcoming of feedback. Love the staff and the attitude of the operations manager as well.

This hotel has clean rooms and friendly staff.and the apartment, good living room space, a kitchenette, the bedrooms are average sized.

The location and amenities were excellent, but we faced an issue during late-night check-in — the initially allotted rooms were already occupied. Thankfully, we were given different rooms later. Having a receptionist available for late check-ins would be helpful.

the room was clean.however the TV did not work.we faced a hot water issue .as there was no phone in the room we could not report

Worst experience ever. The place was good in the earlier stages now the staffs are having very poor attitude, we even discussed for a 3 day extension but the staffs are very low quality behaviour and we dropped the plan and booked another property

"I recently stayed at this property and was impressed with its maintenance and overall condition.This is my second visit... However, the hospitality left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff seemed unwelcoming and lacked basic etiquette. When I requested an early check-in, I was met with a rude response, and they seemed put off that I wasn't aware of the payment despite having paid in advance. Additionally, there was no one available to assist with my baggage unless I asked. To maintain a good reputation, I would suggest the management work on training their staff to provide better customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn't want to repeat this experience."

Rooms are good but the check in was delayed by 1 hour. After that there were ants in the rooms so they changed the room but the new rooms door lock was not working so again they took time to repair the lock

spacious rooms with beautiful backwater views, making it a peaceful getaway from the city. The location is serene, ideal for relaxation, since it's a bit far from central Kochi. value for money

Food was good, room needs maintenance
