the room was clean.however the TV did not work.we faced a hot water issue .as there was no phone in the room we could not report

Worst experience ever. The place was good in the earlier stages now the staffs are having very poor attitude, we even discussed for a 3 day extension but the staffs are very low quality behaviour and we dropped the plan and booked another property

"I recently stayed at this property and was impressed with its maintenance and overall condition.This is my second visit... However, the hospitality left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff seemed unwelcoming and lacked basic etiquette. When I requested an early check-in, I was met with a rude response, and they seemed put off that I wasn't aware of the payment despite having paid in advance. Additionally, there was no one available to assist with my baggage unless I asked. To maintain a good reputation, I would suggest the management work on training their staff to provide better customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn't want to repeat this experience."

Rooms are good but the check in was delayed by 1 hour. After that there were ants in the rooms so they changed the room but the new rooms door lock was not working so again they took time to repair the lock

Good one, excellent lake view Would highly recommend, suitable for family I had a very good stay with my family,Really enjoyed the food and ambiance

spacious rooms with beautiful backwater views, making it a peaceful getaway from the city. The location is serene, ideal for relaxation, since it's a bit far from central Kochi. value for money

Food and Location was good.But didn't provide swimming pool facility as offered. Geycer was complaint. Didn't get proper service.Loud noise with AC . Balcony door was also complaint.

The stay at Kent Baywatch was truly worth the money. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable . Overall, it provided great value for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Spacious apartment with a beautiful lake view. Some mentioned amenities are missing such as Wifi , Slipper and Jaccuzzi. Overall a great stay in a calm location.

The property as such was pretty and quaint. However the staff at the reception was extremely unprofessional and rude. They did not make me feel welcome and I absolutely hated staying there because of their attitude. Please avoid this place if you value hospitality and expect good behaviour from the staff.

Very nice property . We are enjoyed nature. good quality rooms and clear. Alsorestaurant food is very good quality but rate is little bit high that is only the problem. overall good experience.
