Washroom looked terrible, location and service was good! But there were only few lights in the room! Room looked dull always

I had a wonderful experience at Niyati Boutique Stay! The property has a charming heritage vibe, beautifully maintained with spotless rooms and tasteful interiors. Its location is perfect — just a short walk or quick ride to most of the major tourist spots, cafés, and shops. The staff kept everything neat and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi, which made it easy to balance sightseeing with work. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and centrally located stay with a touch of old-world character, Niyati Boutique Stay is a fantastic choice.

This space is quite overrated, though it is located at a very good area. But the room is right next to a noise bar where continuous noise of people was experienced till 12 in the night. The room maintenance is just okay, the kettle, coffee glasses were extremely ugly. Not worth the money at all. Disappointed with the experience.

I had a really terrible experience. The hotel room was stinking of water seepage and I could not breathe inside the room. Nobody in the makemytrip customer service is able to help me and unfortunately this is not the first time I have had such a pathetic customer experience from makemytrip.

Hotel was good. Location was very good. The hotel’s pub was very good and their food was also excellent. Only problem was no breakfast available in the hotel, kitchen opens at 12 pm.

AC was not working properly, didn’t change the bedsheets nor the toilets were cleaned

nice cozy stay, clean rooms , polite staff ,old world charm, there's bar and restaurant on ground floor, nice authentic food , now about minus side: chech in time 2 pm, room was not ready when we arrived at check-in time, night time brief power cuts and limited menu, but very good eateries near by

I booked at niyati home stay about 1 and half month before actual stay. We got a room on ground floor. We requested for a room on first floor but we were told, it's the only room available. Staff is courteous. Room was clean but has a moisture smell. Also room tv was not working. Outside ambience is good. There are lot of eataries around which include anantha bhavan and aryas as kerala style veg restaurants. Nearby beach is not so clean. There are good churhes around. There are many old building with dutch architecture. Hotel is not bad but room is certainly not worth for rs. 3600 per day rent for a two persons without breakfast.

Property is pretty and basic. Rooms are dimly lit as the property is a rustique design. Service and the owner is quite good. Only thing issue happened that i think i overpaid for this which is mmt issue and not the property. The service person told me that the amount i paid is too much for a deluxe room

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of fort kochi area. Good service staff. Deluxe room is very small to accommodate 3 people. With extra bed there was no room to move. Hotel needs maintenance
