Average Stay
The stay was just okay. Room was average, staff were fine, but there’s no proper parking for bikes which was inconvenient. Overall, a decent place for a short stay but nothing special.

Very Good
Very good property with clean bedsheets and pillows. We stayed for five nights, but we got the same breakfast (Idli and Puri)for all five days.

Poor Stay
The AC wasn’t working and neither the fan. Cochin is already a humid place and top of that this was super frustrating.

Good Stay
The property is excellent. Location is easily accessible. They have a very good restaurant with delicious food. They are ready to make food according to our choice. There is room for excellent management. More staff are required. I prefer to stay there again.

Room no 113 i was staying Wash room not clean and water also coming out bad smell...Not as per expectations

There is no excuse for a dirty washroom and bad-smelling water. This falls drastically short of the standards we set for ourselves at CMK Habitat Center, and we deeply regret that we failed to provide you with a clean and comfortable room. Your feedback is taken very seriously. We have already launched an immediate investigation into the issues with Room 113. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams are inspecting the room and the water lines to identify and correct the root cause of these problems to ensure this never happens again.

the hotel was too good, special the manager gave very good hospitality. dont prefer the standard rooms alone all others are worth it. Nice ambience. Standar rooms must be improved a bit. all the others are perfect

Poor Stay
Poor Stay. Allocated room had damaged locks, broken wardrobe, smelling bathroom. Hence another room got allocated. The bed sheet were unclean, pillows infected with fungus, TV remote was not available, AC remote was not available. Requested reception and they allocated these. Still the walls were of plywood, noice from other rooms were coming over. Bathroom window curtains were of no use. Bathroom ceiling had a huge gap which I had to manually cover. Staff's had good attitude and were of help. Good ambience outside the room.

I don't have any problems with the room, but the service there was terrible.There's a service guy there, he's a guy without any responsibility.That guy didn't show us the room, didn't set up the wifi in the room, didn't do anything.I called several times to fix the WiFi but he didn't pick up.That's why I didn't like the services in your hostel
