We would like to clarify that the hot water is activated by twisting the right-hand knob .We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated to you upon your arrival, leading to the continuous issue you faced. We are also looking into the problem with the jet not working and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again.
Regarding the amenities, we apologize for the misunderstanding. We do provide dental kits and tea pouches for our guests; however, they are available on request at the front desk. We regret that this policy was not made clear during your check-in.
