Review Of Hotel Park Avenue

It was good the 24hr check out system was so helpful overall it was decent stay in a good location.

Location is great. Cleanliness is also good. Staffs are good. But bed size is little short. Most of the visiting points are almost in walking distance.

Rooms were not clean. I found used soap and hair of someone in toilet. They don't use toilet on a daily basis.

Staff is good. But Hotel is not good.

For the new year celebration we booked a non ac room in park avenue on november 25 2019 through Make my trip. But when we reach the hotel on december 31 2019 the hotel management didn't allow us to get the room they increase the price of the rooms and they ask the increased price from us for getting the room so we approach to the fort kochi police station and with the help of the police we got the room for the price we book.

A pleasant stay. The location was great, with amazing service from the hotel staff. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast. However, the WiFi facility was very poor.

Dirt, rubbed materials, to be renovated.

Wonderful place and people. The Park Avenue Hotel is located centrally near all venues of Kochi Biennale and therefore ideal for art enthusiasts.

Helpful staff and good location.
Disliked the room was booked for 3 persons but the individual kits pillows towel-soap supplied was for only 2 persons. The bathroom fixtures were not appropriate, it came out when operated, had to fix it back and open the taps carefully. The hot water supply from the tap was very slow. Liked the furniture's.

Hotel is good no parking for car.
Need to change TV it is to small.

Average stay for average price.

Staff at reception desk was quite helpful, ready to guide with local information and giving tips on sight seeing/local restaurant/foods etc.

The room that we got was fine for 3 people. The only problem was that lighting of the room wasn't enough. Apart from that, the staff were nice. The hotel is in a good locality too. Can be found easily.
