Good stay , good view , Neat and good everything is ok.

I recently stayed at Hotel Let's Stay. The room was quite good — clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the river-facing balcony, which offered a beautiful and relaxing view. However, I was disappointed with the service. It was below expectations, with slow responses and a lack of attention to guest needs. Another downside was that there were no food or restaurant facilities available during the stay, even though they were mentioned on the booking portal. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable for the quality of the room and location. If they improve the service and ensure that promised amenities are actually available, this could be an excellent place to stay.

I had a great experience staying at Let’s Stay in Kalamassery. The place was neat, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The room had all the essentials — clean bedding, good ventilation, and reliable Wi-Fi, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. Resturant was not functional during the time of visit.

Overole good experience ... River view is nice. Friendly staff... the blanket and bedsheet given was damaged .. except that the experience is good

There is a TV, no cable connection, no small spoon, no table, the bedsheet + pillow cover are dirty and black, the AC remote is fixed, no extra towels are provided, what's the point of reminding me of the check-out time?

Had a really bad experience. Firstly they said that guest aren't allowed, then after taking with them they said upto 3 guests are allowed that too for a short time. Secondly the rooms were so untidy. There wasn't any soap or towel. The room was on the lower floor which block the view of the river. I asked to change my room. They simply said that the rooms are full.

Room is average. Property is little older, initially i got 2 single bed instead of double bed. After my request they allow another room. Room service is bad. Kettle not working, tv is not working, no dim light, ac is good hotel water available, window to the outdoor is next to a flat, privacy is not much satisfied. Also a door inside is open to next room, room talking sound may be hear to next room. Any way room is ok for the amount below 2000 only. Direct payment to property is above 2000 which is not worth.

It was really bad, the room had rats and in early morning 3am i had to call up to the customer care and make this complaint. What show in the photo was different from the hotel look like. I had to check out before the checkout day. Very bad and fearful experience i had from lets stay hotel. Never again

Nice room

There was no food, no dental kit. I contacted them and asked about dental kit, at least got tooth paste but they said they would check and update but no response. I called again in the morning and came to know that the dental kit stock was out of stock. i have booked other hotel with lower amount and received good care and amenities. Here they weren’t escort us to the room. We had to find our room. Not worth for the money. Would definitely not recommend

The staff communication was nice. And the room not well cleaned, the balcony view is better. The stay was average. )

Our family recently stayed at this hotel and we had a wonderful time. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. We particularly enjoyed the hotel and the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant. Overall, our stay at the was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to other families looking for a memorable vacation.

Terrible service, visitors not allowed for family, toilet block, room service took 1. 5hrs but never arrived, no chairs in room to sit but two dusty ones on balcony, staff attitude and service quality is pathetic as very low level. I have never stayed in a 3 star hotel they claims to be as this lower standard. The attitude of the staff towards the guest is below average

Hotel is nice, but the rooms are not as expected. Needs more attention to the sheets and bathroom
