mediocre place to stay, good for a day

The location was good but the hotel was quite dirty. There was no hot water and the sheets were stained. The breakfast was ok.

Good Stay
Property is located nearby fortkochi beach, room is good but not that much spacious, it is a house converted to rooms,it a calm and quiet place if you need a low budget room with breakfast then this one worth a try

Terrible Stay

Very pathetic and experience, unprofessional attendant, no service , washroom commod uprooted from base , no cup in room. No control of ac. No parking provision even after mentioning that parking is available with washroom. Broken door of balcony. Its scary experience.

Property location very near to Fort Kochi water metro. also there are many attractions near the property like beaches, churches, temples, etc. Food is not hot. Otherwise the stay was good

familyGreat location, clean rooms and very cooperative staff. Breakfast options were very good (puttu, appam, kamala curry, veg curry, omelette and toast. This was value for money and we had easy walkable access to most top attractions in fort kochi. Jew town was also just 2 or 3 km away and it was easy to get autos.

businessThis is home/villa converted into hotel. Rooms are adjacent. Rooms size is average and worth of booking price. Area is peaceful and calm. Staffs are polite. Neat and clean room &washroom. Electric kettle, wardrobes available. Clean bedsheet and blanket. Decent breakfast. Need to park card on the road side. No lift. Dental kit didn't provided in room. Breakfast available only after 8am. Hanger was not there in washroom, it seems broken and then removed, was difficult to hang towels and clothes.

As requested, room was clean, tidy and no smell at all. Suneer, who look after the property was very helpful, arranged food late night and provide all relevant details about temple. It just 5 mins walk to temple and safe to visit temple early morning.
