Worst experience ever with treebu and hotel management
Worst experience with the hotel management and reception staff they are forcing checkout in 11pm and not even considering the policy of 2hr complimentary stay back and informing that to pay extra for next hours also very rude and bad behaviour and tell like we have no connection with treebu

close to kochi airport but bit secluded. staff was very forthcoming. For 2 hrs late checkout took Rs 200

"I faced considerable difficulty locating the hotel, as the booking details did not include the room size or contact number. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room was much smaller than expected, which required me to pay an additional for an upgrade.

Good room , hassle free stay.
Slightly away from the crowded environments giving way to a much peaceful atmosphere. Good room , hassle free stay. Safe Car Parking. Complimentary breakfast was good. Both Veg & Non Veg hotels are nearby in 3-4Km circle. Overall enjoyed they stay and I will be having another stay by next week. Sowould recommend. Treebo Premium, Cochin Airport (Near Thiruvilamkunnu Church, Kariyad, Kochi, Nedumbassery) The check-out time at this hotel is 11 AM, which is common for most hotels (usually 11 AM or 12 PM). However, if you ask for an extra hour, they charge ₹100 in many places, and some hotels don’t charge anything at all for such a short extension. Here, they asked for ₹200 for just one extra hour, and even if you exceed by just 20 minutes, they charge another ₹100. I didn’t feel this was very fair or customer-friendly. I checked in at 11 PM, which is quite late, so ideally, they could have adjusted an extra hour without charge. That said, the room and overall stay were good. It would be nice if the management could be more considerate about such small things.

My booking includes a breakfast, airport drop and soft beverage serving. Initially when I went to checkin, receptionist denied airport drop though I said it was part of my booking , and shown me a very small room. Later on the fly, I called makemytrip support team and explained them about the situation. Makemytrip executive spoke to hotel staff , and solved my issue. Then receptionist offered me a better large room this time and agreed for airport drop early in the morning. Though they didn't serve the beverage , I'm not bothered about it and anyway I won't be staying till breakfast time as I have to check into airport before 6AM. Luckily, the night staff person wokeup at 5AM and agreed to drop me and took us to airport. He was so good . Kudos !!!

The hotel offered a comfortable stay overall. While the accommodations were satisfactory, the dining experience could be improved. It's a pity the food was served cold, as this impacted enjoyment of the meals. There is certainly potential for the hotel's culinary offerings to shine. While booking, about a pick up and drop but it wasn't provided to me. I showed them booking details sent by you, and the pick up and drop details were included in it, but still they didn't provide me with the facility and said that it is not part of their terms. This is what made me dissatisfied.

Excellent Stay
New and Good property. Well maintained and professional staff. Though their breakfast timing is 8 to 10(which is late compared to other stays) basis our request, they made it available to us at 730 pm. Thank you team for the same. The complimentary drop was also a Plus. It was a great stay and quite close to the airport. Will choose the property again!
