Review Of Aurora Hotels and Resorts

The aurora staff was good but the room conditions was very bad especially 2126 (celing fan working under no electricity powdered by man power),2125 ( bathroom flesh need 1 hour to refill the tank) Ac remotes not working properly.My opinion, every customers need good service and affordable rooms but aurora gives rooms for customers and full responsibilitys.As a guest me next time don't prefer the hotel

The rooms are good, neat and well stocked with toiletries and in room snacks. there is no restaurant but food is served in the rooms. Food was tasty and homely, a decent spread available for breakfast, lunch and dinner to choose from. The stay was excellent. I like their service. Rooms are very hygienic. And the ambience is awesome.
