Stayed 5 days.No room cleaning within these days. Bad smell

Not at all user friendly ,congested room without mineral water and hot water in bathroom, if we call also no one replies

Good service but no heater. No brush and paste provided. Only one towel provided. Otherwise all goood

Stayed overnight and had a great experience. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

One of the worst experiences, guys take this feedback seriously. Never stay in this hotel. We booked for one week and one week become hell. Reception guy is pathetic, never responds for call if you need anything go to reception and we have to beg him. Towels are so dirty can't tell even our house door mat is cleaner then their towels. Breakfast only appam roti and omelette. Daily menu it is for them. Guests are stupid for them. Hotel build because of bar nothing else. Never change the bedsheets even if you tell them and so dirty bedsheets with stains. Out side foods not allowed and their hotel food is pathetic felt like to vomit. Makemytrip and other hotel apps if possible remove them from your hotel list

Room was not clean and bath towel and bedsheet stained. Not allowed food from outside. At last they need 5* rating.

Good rooms in hotel, very happy to ambience

they are not willing for give the room a booking price . so I will pay additional payment to collect the room key

Blanket was not washed, small rooms and poor service

The hotel made only for bar license not for gust. Gust will not get even any assistance. Receptionist keep the phone receiver by the side of the phone to avoid the distrebence. If anything will happened that's his faith.

They don't know what does service means. Helpless attitude, empty reception, bed and mattress are in pathetic condition. Guys don't even try this hotel.
