Location & First Impressions: While on a road trip, we booked this hotel due to its reasonable pricing and central location. Upon entering our room, we were absolutely blown away. The interiors, ambiance, and furnishings were brand new, tastefully designed, and impeccably executed. Every detail reflected careful thought and high standards of hospitality. Room & Comfort: It has been a long time since I had such a positive hotel experience. The room was well-insulated, ensuring complete peace and quiet, free from any disturbances from neighboring rooms or hallways. The bathroom was beautifully designed, making a warm shower an absolute delight. The bed linen was sparkling white, incredibly soft, and luxurious—perfect for a restful sleep. Dining & Service: Breakfast was a pleasant experience, offering all the essentials of a well-balanced buffet. The staff was attentive and prompt, and having the chef available for direct interaction was a thoughtful touch. The reception team was equally helpful, with Mr. Adersh standing out for his cheerful and ready-to-assist attitude. Other Aspects: There was a minor issue with valet parking, but I shared my feedback with the General Manager, who accepted it positively and was eager to make improvements—a great sign of a well-managed property. Overall: This 4-star hotel exceeded expectations in every way. From the impeccable room quality to the outstanding service, every moment of our stay was enjoyable. It truly sets a new benchmark for hotels in this price range, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
