Reception good House keeping excellent Room rent is also cheap and best.

We stayed at this hotel mainly for its proximity to Cochin International Airport, which was convenient. However, the overall experience was just average. The bed was too small to comfortably accommodate two adults and a child, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Also, there was no hot water in the shower, which was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the location is good for travelers catching early or late flights, and the staff was courteous. But the room facilities need improvement to make it a better value for money.

The hotel excellency was a good stay with spacious and very clean rooms. The ambience was good and the staff was excellent with prompt and polite service.

Rooms were not as shown in the picture. Too small in size. Please post the actual picutes of the room. also a bit old style construction. and at the time of booking ac/ non ac rooms were not highlighted.

The Excellency Airport Hotel has provided us an excellent stay experience. Though it was a short stay, we had some quality time spent here. The staff were so nice and as a family we really appreciate their level of "Excellent" in customer service. Very friendly staff and the service level felt like 4 Star. Thank you very much for your service. Highly recommended not only to families but also all sorts of people.

Okay hotel. Rooms very small. Bathrooms average. Food ok. Don't book cabs from hotel.

Rooms were clean and tidy but smaller in size. Receptionist were helpful. They arranged car shuttle free to drop us in the airport. Bathroom was clean. Food was good.

Rooms are very congested one, and of course the restaurant facility was closed or else not there. The breakfast served was in the room itself which is very bad. Customer service is not good, for every requirement one has to go and tell, overall the stay was an average one.

Very cooperative and soft spoken staff. Food quality is just awesome. Rooms are very nee t and clean, small in size but comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Room is dirty, no maintenance and it is full of dust. Provided blanket is also with dust, finaly i did not like the stay.

Overall good hotel for 1-2 stays specifically if you are staying for business purposes. Airport is very near and the provide free pickup and drop to airport which is good

Worst experience ever. The rooms are stinking and had tons of mosquitoes we couldn’t stay for more than 5 minutes

Hotel room was very small and not according to the photos shown. Wash basin was not inside the washroom. I don't have photos.
