Rooms are not clean

The bathroom was bad.... Hand shower wasn't working... No wastebin...stain on bedsheets ...otherwise all ok

we stayed there for 2 days. the room was spacious enough. AC was working well, and they provided us with hot water whenever needed.

The cultural experience at stayon hotel us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

I am staying the super collection o calvathy road fort kochi hotel is i am not like water supplying issue, bathroom is ugly, power cut issue, then hotel room lock issue, and the room allotment is worstly because they allotted room is already occupied i have go and open the room is some other luggage is there in room and i go to complaint the lobby and give the other room but the room lock is stuck in key i am totally upset the room for my family and room service is not available in all time, call them he not response very bad experience

First of all not allocate proper room then room bathroom is dirty and then water supply worst i had complain the water demand issue 3 times and power cut is some time issued, room service is ok but not available in all time

subject: complaint regarding unsatisfactory stay and refund request for booking dear, i am writing to bring to your attention the extremely disappointing experience i had during my recent stay at the hotel booked. below are the booking details for your reference: • property name & city: super collection o calvathy road near fort kochi (formerly hotel ava), cochin • check-in date & time: 28-dec-2024, saturday, 12 pm • check-out date & time: 29-dec-2024, sunday, 11 am unfortunately, the property failed to meet even the basic standards expected of any hotel. below are the issues we faced during our stay: 1. lack of basic amenities: the room lacked toiletries and other essential amenities that were expected to be provided. 2. unresponsive staff: there was no assistance from the hotel staff, and our requests for help went unanswered. 3. breakfast not provided: one of the primary reasons for choosing this property was the inclusion of breakfast. however, no breakfast was provided during our stay. 4. mosquito infestation: the room was filled with mosquitoes, making it impossible for my family and me to sleep comfortably. the entire experience was distressing and ruined our trip. as a loyal customer, i trusted to provide reliable services, but this stay has caused immense disappointment and inconvenience. considering the terrible experience and failure of the property to deliver what was promised, i kindly request a full refund for the booking. i hope takes this matter seriously and ensures such incidents are not repeated for other customers. looking forward to a prompt resolution

Hotel not provided breakfast

In this budget this is good option but it’s dark & loneliness here mostly to user use it & got deal better there.
