Pros: Spacious Room, Clean Toilet, Clean Linen. Affordable price. Flexible check in and checkout. Easyly accessible. Cons: Only a few items available for food. Quality is also to be improved. Small bathroom. No wooden flooring. Not recommended for families.

We stayed for 1 night in Ernakulam and it was a good stay with very good staff I would really appreciate the staff because they were very kind to us. The room was pretty cute and i liked it. Over all 5 out of 5 star ⭐️

Comfortable stay within a short distance from Marine Drive. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with plenty of amenities provided.

I have requested for an early checkin and expected to get a call nobody called. I arranged something by myself. The staff attitude was also not so welcoming when I reached there by night 11 pm. There was not drinking water in the room and tv remote were also not provided. Atlast at 11 am when I called for an extension of 30 mins they told me the time is 11 and you should checkout through a noisy intercom it was not at all clear. Property was good experience was bad. Room & Toilet was clean. Old property. Resturant is not that good. Smells bad in the basement where the restaurant is. Bed is not comfortable.

The AC had some issues, and the room could have been cleaner. When I entered, I noticed a bottle and some clothes left behind by previous guests, along with an unpleasant odor. However, if you're not too particular, it might still be manageable.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip booked While there were positives like clean, comfortable rooms and a tasty vegetarian breakfast, the experience was marred by unresolved issues. The AC cooled slowly, requiring the fan to be switched on, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable—slow and prone to disconnections. As a business traveler, reliable internet is essential, and this issue caused me to miss critical meetings and delayed my work significantly. I reported the Wi-Fi problem to the hotel reception at 4:50 PM. Though they provided a new username and password, the issue persisted due to inadequate infrastructure., and was courteous and assured me of a follow-up, no resolution was provided. The hotel claimed they were fully booked and couldn’t offer an alternate room. Despite Mr. Pawan’s promise to revert, I have yet to hear back The hotel needs to invest in robust Wi-Fi infrastructure and contingency plans for business travelers. , catering to professionals, must ensure listed hotels meet basic requirements like reliable internet and proactively follow up on escalated issues. While I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff and Mr. Pawan, the lack of resolution from both parties has left me deeply disappointed. I hope both take this feedback seriously and address these issues. If improvements are made, I will gladly update my review.

This is not three Star Hotel as mentioned in MAKE My Trip , Average Hotel ... Limited Food Choice ,

Exelant staff and well cleaned rooms.. very helpfull staff... I suggest always visit here with family or office staff . Or with friends.....

Room and staff were good and value for money. Location is also very good in between market and near marine drive.
