The stay was comfortable. Room was neat and spacious. The hotel is more famous as a Bar and guest house entrance is by the side of bar. The food from restaurant ( room service) was good. Morning tea/breakfast service was not available - the resturant opens only after 10:30 am

it was a great stay ..the staffs were really friendly and helpful .. they even helped me to change my room since the fan of first room was slow.. really helpful and loved that ... room is neat and clean and spacious.. recommend to everyone

As breakfast already included In the bill. we have requested the bf in the morning from 8 to 10 clock but no staff has been provided with . we had our children’s with no bf we waited around for 2 hours. Also we call staff continuously but no support from the staff. There is total misbehaviour of staff. Finally we went outside for the bf. We really sad about my trip. I did not expect from make my trip . We are requesting the fully refund for this situation. Thank you

No professionalism, booked to ac rooms, one room window glass was broken, no toilet accessories available in the room including dental kit. Next morning no breakfast available till 9. 30 am. They told us to serve just a few parantha and curry in the room only. No breakfast buffet was available

While the location was good, there were some concerns during my stay: the quality of the food was below expectations. The amenities provided were minimal, with only a bar of soap available. The service did not meet the expected standards. Brakfast started after 9 am
