beautiful room and value for money supporting staff... Main road loction easy to enter city near by restaurant

I stayed for 8 days there. Stay was not ok since they were not cleaning bathroom daily and also not changing the bedsheet daily. AC was also not working.

Air conditioner was not working properly, no cooling. Will get better stays for that amount in that area

My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. Upon check-in, despite having booked a suite, I was given a deluxe room. It was only after returning to the reception and arguing the matter that I was finally given the suite I had reserved. Furthermore, the room lacked basic amenities such as soap and towels. When I requested these items, the staff member I spoke with became visibly frustrated. the negative reaction when these were requested, reflects a concerning lack of integrity and poor customer service. This was far from the experience I expected and certainly not how any guest should be treated."

Worst experience...ac not properly serviced and thus very less working....hot 🥵....worst hospitality...one person has came to my room for an official discussion for 30 minutes and they charged 300 for entry...access is good... but overall total disappointed

The AÇ was not working, and maintenance work was going on, my rooms door doesn’t had a manual lock . The water bottle kept for drinking water is too old,

Good experience staying in the hotel with good food and good sleep u deal for a perfect general in a war with anyone

Noisy room - both the air conditioner and the nearby highway was continuously making distracting and disturbing sounds. No hot water to take bath. But overall fekt it was value for money with the deal i was offered. Proximity to my office in info-park was a good attraction

Well setup room with basic amenities was sufficient to get good rest. The noise from the highway is disturbing yet adjustable. Hotel entrance was under construction making it difficult to enter.

Hotel blue chip is under renovation. So no clean at all. And services are very poor.

The hotel is so nice and the reception staff is sooo humble and good guy we loved our stay

Superb stay and comfortable good reception

The room was very congested, not as shown in the picture. Toilet was fairly clean but room was not very well put up. Staff behaviour were also not very kind. Good for a quick freshup or nap only.

The location is not proper and hotel also not good for stay. Staff are also not there for service. The hotel atmosphere is not proper for stay.

Stay was good, but maintainance was not upto the mark

Easy check in. Clean room. Water and other facilities were available. Should improve on parking facility

Floors full of screws not even fully screwed. Rest room used waters not fully drains takes whole day to dry.

The blankets were too old untidy and ac is broken. The closet is broken and the floor was slippery.

The room was good. But had a cigarette smoke outdoors throughout. That and except for the fact that the towel provided had dirt on it, bed spread was torn and the washroom wall tiles were not cleaned had been the things bothering me. If i ignore these, the room was comfy enough for the price provided and the one staff that they have is very friendly.
