Total peace of mind and privacy. Clean and hygienic facility, with a hall, kitchen, bed room, bathroom and a balcony. Car parking is also available. I always used to opt for hotels and opted this one last moment after visiting the premises. Will visit again

This 1BHK is good and neat. Location is near to infopark.

Location is good at the side of the express way. The building doesn't have sufficient parking space, so have to park at open space inside the building compound. The apartment which we stayed was good, even though we had to reject the two apartments which were initially offered. The apartment had working air conditioner, TV, fridge and basic cooking facilities. However, the TV sound system seems to be defective and the cooking utensils available are minimal. The bathroom exhaust fan had its leaves broken and making too much noise. Even with these issues, the apartment is really value for money, considering the per day rate.

Rooms are just ok, ac had not enough cooling, toilet tap had leak, had to ask for towel and soap as it was not provided in the room. But the rent was cheaper which is a plus.

1/5 - extremely disappointing experience. I recently had the misfortune of staying at and was appalled by the subpar amenities and shocking maintenance issues. The apartment's condition was utterly unacceptable for the price paid. Major issues: - dampness: walls were damp, making the air feel heavy and unhealthy. - inadequate ventilation: the single-speed fan was useless, circulating stale air. - faulty appliances: - fridge struggled to keep food chilled. - heater didn't work, leaving the room cold. - poor lighting: insufficient lighting made the space feel dingy. - unclean curtains: dirty, dusty, and stained curtains added to the overall neglect. - leaking water: - water leakage from the air conditioning unit stained the walls and floor. - ceiling/floor/bathroom leakage was a constant issue, posing a safety risk. Additional concerns: - cleanliness was questionable. - no attention to maintenance. One redeeming aspect: - the staff's attitude was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which was a silver lining during our disappointing stay. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the apartment's severe shortcomings. For a service apartment, these basic amenities are expected. The management's negligence is alarming. Until significant improvements are made, i would strongly advise against staying here. Rating breakdown: - cleanliness: 1/5 - amenities: 1/5 - maintenance: 1/5 - staff: 5/5 - value for money: 1/5 will not return. Would not recommend.

Very near to infopark. There is a super market downstairs and also many restaurants around. Good location. Apartment has a good view. Overall good stay.
