The Ville Stays Serviced Apartments near Infopark

Excellent stay at the ville stays. Anna the owner was so nice and she coordinated everything with the care takers sudheesh and yashwanth. They took care of everything starting from the time of arrival till the time of departure. The place is just perfect for a solo or a couple with all the basic amenities just like one would find in the comfort of a home. You can cook your meals as there is a kitchen with gas provision, a microwave and a fridge. Heater for a nice warm bath is available too. There is a split ac in the bedroom and a washing machine in the balcony. What more would one want for a stay just like home away from home. Highly recommended place. Located opposite to the united sports centre which is walkable. There’s a supermarket in the building that functions from 8am to 10 pm. And there’s the golden dragon restaurant on the 1st floor for your chinese craves. There are many restaurants nearby just walkable distance like aryaas, majlis. Thaal and many more. The ville stays is located in a peaceful vicinity with a beautiful view from this high rise turquoise building. Must visit and i’m sure ull feel at home. Location is good at the side of the express way. The building doesn't have sufficient parking space, so have to park at open space inside the building compound. The apartment which we stayed was good, even though we had to reject the two apartments which were initially offered. The apartment had working air conditioner, TV, fridge and basic cooking facilities. However, the TV sound system seems to be defective and the cooking utensils available are minimal. The bathroom exhaust fan had its leaves broken and making too much noise. Even with these issues, the apartment is really value for money, considering the per day rate.

Total peace of mind and privacy. Clean and hygienic facility, with a hall, kitchen, bed room, bathroom and a balcony. Car parking is also available. I always used to opt for The Ville Stays Serviced Apartments near Infoparks and opted this one last moment after visiting the premises. Will visit again

I recently stayed on 14th aug and below is my review note rating 4 pros: room was spacious and value for money. If i talk about maintenance and cleanness it was amazing. Location access and site view was amazing. Overall experience was good.

Very near to infopark. There is a super market downstairs and also many restaurants around. Good location. Apartment has a good view. Overall good stay.
