I recently stayed at Hisham Residency with a friend and we had taken two separate rooms for one night. Overall, the stay was fine but I would like to share a small feedback. In one of the rooms, plates and glasses were not provided which was a bit inconvenient. Also the bathroom though cleaned, did not appear properly neat and fresh. This may have been a one-time issue but I felt it is worth mentioning for future improvements. I hope these aspects can be taken care of. Thank you.

The place is good to stay and reachable to all the places

Actually we booked Hashim Residency and at the day of check-in they said the room is fiilled and they changed our room to next hotel Hadiya suites and it was terrible .we stayed because we had no option and the amount is paid already thats why we stayed there. And i asked to change our room they said i have give 700 perday with the paid amount so we stick to the previous room.

First they provided a different room as per my booking! After spending and scolding half an hour, they provided me the exact room!! But, the ac was not working!!!! Then they gave me another one, but the room condition was terrible,in the sense of cleanliness! Again I shifted to the room they provided first, a small room, at-lest we (me and my brother ) wanted to sleep as we were extremely tired after shifting 3 rooms with luggage! In make my trip, they mentioned ‘lift’ , but there is no lift. We are 2 men, were ready to shift and shift, but what if a family or , women faced same problem!!!! Felt like a pure form of cheating. Very old property, bad bathrooms with stains and cracks,! They provided a stinking plate and glass !!! I strongly recommend you to not book this property! First the staff were arrogant!! Then they started to cooperate, but now i doubt they gave us the room (ac not working) intentionally!! The worst experience so far!!!

The rooms are well maintained with adequate spaces in interior. The staffs were friendly and co-operative.The location is a bit far from the city side ,excluding that this is one of the best stays especially if your travelling with family

It was horrible to stay this hotel. No cleaning daily and washroom also water logged during bath

My experience with the room was decent. It was clean and had good facilities. I would love to book my further trips through makemytrip.

The property was good, the staff was very helpful but the foul smell from the toilet was bad there was no room freshener used and the room smelled awful cause of the toilet.

Before booking contact that person and confirm the check in time and check out time other way everything is ok

I was ok for single occupant. Not too fancy. Good for overnight stays. Good service though. And reasonable price.

Please remove this his-ham residency from mmt. One of the worst service in kerala. Uncleaned rooms. We booked 7 rooms. They given 5 rooms only. Many water taps are not working. Cheating management.

Easily accessible location. Rooms were big and tidy and were definitely worth for the money. Outside food allowed. Room service was average

The room which i booked was 400sqft but the room they gave me was just 100sqft. The cleanliness of the room was okay but the bathroom was horrible and it was too unclean. The staff's behaviour was also very inappropriate and disrespectful.

This room ac is not properly work, booking time said ac room but enter time said additional 300- for ac room

Good staff with humble behavior, value stay. Rooms are average spacious and overall satisfactory experience
