I had a great stay in Kakkanad! The room was very hygienic, and the washroom was spotless—definitely met my expectations for cleanliness. I especially loved the small balcony; it was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. What really made the stay special was the staff—superb behaviour and very helpful throughout. The stay was pretty ok, but room was too small. Along with the AC was pretty average with the chillness. They offered WiFi with in the property and room. I struggled a lot to get connected initially as I hardly received any assistances from the hotel staff. Later I managed to connect myself, but never able to use the data. It always mentioned "no internet". Finally it never helped me. To mention, the behaviour from the staff were kind of arrogance, but never in a polite manner that to a customer. Over all, I'm not exactly happy with the stay. Still it can be considered only as a budget stay.
