Wonderful property and very courteous staff made the stay more memorable. Proximity to Railway station a big plus point. Room size was adequate and well maintained. Bathroom was also just the right size with a rain shower that had awesome water pressure. Breakfast was lavish by katra standards and better than even which has a much higher pricing. A Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi which provides perfect location with view of Mata's darbar and great food. A mall located in the Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi premises was a good addition although limited shops were open. The restaurant of Sankalp chain has an outlet which serves delicious and fresh south indian food was an added advantage of staying at Holiday inn katra.

The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options across meals. We especially appreciated the availability of cab services from the Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi for local sightseeing — reasonably priced and well-coordinated.
