House Keeping services are very pathetic. No towels in the bathroom on both days. Body wash bottle was empty and was not filled even after reminder. Bed sheet had blood stains. They changed with another one having blood stains. In third attempt they able to changed the same.

I stayed here for two nights. Location was near the railway station. It was a bit far away from the main Bazaar. They didn't had much varieties in the dinner and over the breakfast. No such other amenities. Service was good, not so extra extraordinary.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Katra. The staff was very polite and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with a good variety. The location is convenient for visiting Vaishno Devi, and overall hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Excellent location. It’s just across the railway station and less than 5 mins walk. It can’t get better. The hotel is nice and contemporary and the staff and service is also very good. The food matched expectations. The staff was receptive to feedback such as having hand towels in the room etc. Overall a very good stay.
