My stay was genuinely a memorable experience. What stood out the most was how effortlessly the property combined comfort, convenience and hospitality. The location was excellent—easy to access, peaceful enough to relax, yet close to the places I wanted to visit. The food was one of the highlights of the stay. Everything I tried was fresh, well-presented and full of flavour, with good attention to quality. The amenities were clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay comfortable from start to finish. What truly made the difference, however, was the service. The staff were polite, attentive and responsive without being intrusive. There was a sense that the team genuinely cared about the guest experience rather than simply following a routine. Overall, it felt less like just staying at a property and more like being looked after. A well-balanced combination of location, food, amenities and warm hospitality—I would happily consider staying here again.

Our stay was excellent in every aspect — a complete 10/10 experience. The location of the property was extremely convenient and well positioned, making the overall stay comfortable and hassle-free. The food was excellent, with good quality, taste, presentation, and variety. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. The amenities were very well maintained, and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. Everything we needed during our stay was readily available. What stood out most was the service and hospitality. The staff was courteous, professional, attentive, and always willing to assist. The overall service standards made us feel genuinely well looked after. Excellent Stay & Wonderful Hospitality at Holiday Inn Katra We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Holiday Inn Katra. The Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making our trip to Katra very pleasant and relaxing. The food was delicious, with good quality and variety. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special thanks to Mr. Gaurav Sharma, General Manager, for his kind support and for allowing us an early check-in. His gesture was extremely helpful and made our arrival much more comfortable, especially after our journey. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and good food. We would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Katra and look forward to staying here again. Excellent Hospitality, Good Food & Comfortable Stay We had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Katra, an IHG Group Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi. The hospitality was very good, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food quality was also good, with a nice variety and overall good taste. The Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi provides a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, making it a good choice for visitors to Katra. One area that could be improved is the buffet system. At times, the arrangement and service felt a little unprofessional and could be managed in a more organized and efficient manner, especially during busy hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. With some improvement in buffet management, the dining experience could be even better.

I am so glad we chose to stay at Holiday Inn for our recent trip. Everything was wonderful about the Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi - the location, the service, cleanliness, food, etc. We liked the location because it’s right next to railway station but still very quiet and isolated from the noise and the market. Hotel was clean and modern, rooms were clean and modern with a nice terrace and mountain view. The shower was like standing underneath a waterfall ! The food was the highlight. The cafeteria is large and clean. Buffet is served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was a large variety of dishes, with delicious food served fresh. We enjoyed every meal tremendously. Thank you Holiday Inn for being part of our trip and making it so pleasant and memorable.

when we first saw the Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi exterior we were so relaxed about the fact the it was away from the chaos and crowded market area, interior of the Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi was grand and awe inspiring, Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi personnel was gregarious and civilised, our bedroom was such soothing and calm space that we felt like our home, the views from the outside windows, the food we ordered was so scrumptious and tasteful, overall experience was so satiating and decorous for me and my wife
