overall bad experience,

what about my compensation refund, because hotel quality is unhygienic and terrible. and staff is not Coprative

1) Not clean room 2) Badsheet & Blanket is too bad 3) Washroom unhygienic 4) No TV in Room 5) other service staff say clean badsheet they told no badsheet are available you have to adujust . 6) He accepted booking but not ready room... how strange, it mean customers are fool, 7) and I complained but they did not any refund

First they denied to check in thereafter they did not provide ac. Their receptionist misbehaved. Horrible experience

Room smell, blanket and bedsheets were dirty and smells very bad.

Room was not as clean and clear as mentioned while booking the room. Also no drinking water or any other facilities were provided in the room. Ac was not working as well.

Poorest poor location. Rooms are third class. Cleaning is third class. Zero services. Pols don't go this hotel.

The hotel room is dirty, toilets are not clean, also the linens are not clean. Housekeeping is also poor.

oyo flagship stanley falls are very very poor hotel & oyo service are also very poor & terrible. oyo employe telling me k apka refund kr dia gya h abitk nhi aaya h jhut bhi bolte h oyo wale bhot jyada.
