No proper service for house keeping , No towels has been provided , No pantries , No Breakfast eventhough booked including Breakfast , No Jot Water , No water for 2 days in the morning Its really a worst stays i have ever had

Bad Things: 1. The Room, Washroom and Toilet were not cleaned. 2. Hot Water was Not Available as Geyser was not working. 3. TV and Wifi were not working. 4. Room Landline phone was not working. 5. Kitchen service was not available. 6. Staff were not up to the mark and told that only 10-15 rooms are operational but additional rooms have been booked that's why we couldn't provide the proper services. The only things which were good are: 1. Smooth check in. 2. Spacious room and washroom.

It was a wonderful stay at the property. Great hospitality and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful through out, the rooms were clean,comfortable and well maintained with great decor . Perfect location ,yet peaceful. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Our stay was delightful, with few minor points for improvement like lift was not working and there was no facility of parking The service was very unprofessional, there was no electricity for almost 3 hours, we requested to change our room, and the food was terrible, drinking water bottles were not available, and the room was not clean especially the rest room was very dirty...

The property was badly maintained. The AC was leaking and it was mentioned on the MakeMyTrip site that there will be late checkout option available, but even after rooms were empty, the hotel did not allowed late checkout there was serious hygiene. Issue case was not cleaned. Almira were broken. No TV was there.

It was a bad experience the Air conditioning was not working room wasn't cleaned enough although staff was okay but they didn't solve the problem of Air conditioning. We gave to face this problem eventually.

The hotel is located at a far alley, very odd for communication The staff was extremely ill-behaved and creepy, their words were incoherent The condition of the rooms had no similarity to the images shown on website The furniture had stains all over, some of it were ripped and stitched There was no TV The bathroom was unclean as well The hotel seemed shady and no safe for women occupants The hotel staff did not once apologise for the complaints, they just didn't care

Large group found this place perfect. Staff was professional and kind. Rooms were clean throughout our stay.
