Average experience
No hygiene, bed sheets dirty, toilet was dirty, not a good experience. Staff was co-operative sometimes and sometimes not. It is not a 3 star hotel at all. Request make my trip to please verify the hotel and allocate stars as we blindly trust you for our trips and hotel.

Nothing like it's been shown in the pictures. Small rooms. Old furniture and cramped feeling overall. Price wise too steep.

Can get better rooms at similar rate
All bed linen was very dirty. Fortunately, the assistant was helpful and changed the sheet and provided one clean pillow cover on request. Floor was not clean enough and room smelt musty. Would not recommend or book again. Can get better rooms at similar rate.

Unsatisfied
The small room instead of booking for 3 guest, the blanket not covered and smelling, the washroom dirty and not cleaned inspite of request for the same the menu is big but nothing is available.
