The place was not clean and completely unhigenic to stay.. the bedlinen was dirty. No breakfast was provided as mentioned The Property location is good but the management is pathetic, the rooms are unclean , the bed had bugs , cockroaches moving around and the bathroom had all leakages.. As mentioned by you for complimentary breakfast there was no option of breakfast in the place…

Property location is prime on road and property management behaviour is nice but property’s conditions is little bit poor according to the photos uploaded on the site.

Worst hotel experience
Dirty rooms. Geyser didn’t work. Didn’t even provide us with a soap or towels unless we asked for it. Used soaps by previous guests were still there. This hotel isn’t even worth of 500rs.

Horrible experience in this hotel
coupleWorst experience. Smelly room and bathroom. It was also dirty. Worst service. No complementary mineral water in room, no cattle for tea or coffee. No hot water in bathroom. Even tv was not there in room. My booking was with breakfast but they denied to serve breakfast.

Worst stay of my life.
soloUsed condom packet in drawer, lubes in cupboards, dirty bathroom and leaking tapes, non co-operating staffs, i had to wait 30min for a water bottle.

when i arrived the hotel did not have my booking. It took over an hour for them to get my booking and check me in. The rooms and bathroom were dingy and smelly. The towels were dirty.

Being a chain of hotels, this stay experience is terrible. Property is very badly managed, there are many issues, no hot water on tap, no toiletries baring on small soap was provided. There was seepage on walls, no complementary beverage in room such as tea bags or coffee. No hot water on shower, leakage in toilet jet, in house kitchen is not operational
