Good Stay
Overall, my stay was comfortable, but it did not quite meet the standards expected from a five-star property. There were a few areas where the experience fell short. To begin with, the hotel did not provide a welcome drink or any complimentary goodies, which are usually a hallmark of premium hospitality. Additionally, the room service was significantly delayed, which affected the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. For a hotel that positions itself as five-star, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and promptness in service. While the property itself was good, these gaps left the experience feeling below expectations.

Rooms okay, service needs to improve
The infrastructure is okay but the service is very poor. Rooms size is decent but the bedding is old with torn bedsheets and old furnishings. Food is average, but the staff is not reliable after check-in. Breakfast isn’t served on time, even after it is prepared.

It was all pretty good stay. The hotel was okay, but the service could use some work to be more professional. The food was tasty, and the location was just average. Staffs are friendly. It is unacceptable to attribute the departure of a guest to the sounds made by young children aged two to four. Alternative accommodations should have been offered had there been any issues. Please take note of this.

Excellent Stay
Hotel location is good, the rent is reasonable but for the service you need to ask them for basic needs, like toothpaste, shampoo, sleeper shoe, tissue. The breakfast item is good they should increase the items more the reception should be more helpful, i was in need of some some rupee for the taxi fear i tried to pay by card to the hotel and take some rupee from them to pay taxi rent but hotel reception did not to allow me for some kind of help. However, the hotel is very good for security. My wife and children stayed there for two nights and they are very comfortable with the other security facilities and communication. The hotel is also good for female.
