Overall, my stay was comfortable, but it did not quite meet the standards expected from a five-star property. There were a few areas where the experience fell short. To begin with, the hotel did not provide a welcome drink or any complimentary goodies, which are usually a hallmark of premium hospitality. Additionally, the room service was significantly delayed, which affected the overall convenience and comfort of the stay.
For a hotel that positions itself as five-star, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and promptness in service. While the property itself was good, these gaps left the experience feeling below expectations.
