Cleanliness was not up to the mark. No ac. No hot water after evening. Late check out given even after so many requests.

Location excellent but room provided was cramp. I assume that is the kind of room they provide to MMT customers, no restaurant, no breakfast.

I took Hotel with breakfast but staff told no kitchen in Hotel, they told we provide from out side but only 1 tiffin.

I generally don't write bad reviews about hotels. But this one is total waste of money. Rooms are unhygienic, unclean, with cockroaches, which we had to kill. No proper toiletries provided. This Hotel was better when I had visited few years ago, but now has degraded to poor level. Staff showed tons of arrogance and inhuman behaviour. Never visiting this place ever.

Well located in Karol Baug market and 2 minutes from metro Station.

Pleasant stay. Recommend to business travelers great ambiance and staff is friendly.

We got there at 8:30 AM earlier and they were asking half day charge extra just for 3 hours extra.

I booked 2 rooms and they provided 1 room with 2 separate beds which was not at all convenient. None of us smoke but there was regular smell of cigarette in the room. Shower and hand shower were not working in bathroom. Curtains were in bad shape. I asked for food bill invoice with GST which they didn't provide. I had to extend the stay by one day for which they charged room, which was ridiculous. I will never stay in Hotel Metropolitan.

Excellent and cooperative staff. Specially Mr. Amar who was very cordial and friendly.
