The room was good, but I was disappointed with the check-in process. When I booked online, it was clearly mentioned that early check-in (up to 2 hours before the standard check-in time) would be provided, subject to availability. I arrived 2 hours earlier and asked if I could get the room if it was available. I was told that the room was not available. However, as soon as I asked about paying extra charges, I was suddenly offered the room. This makes it seem like early check-in is only provided if we agree to pay extra, regardless of availability. If that is the case, then the statement about complimentary early check-in is misleading. It defeats the entire purpose of booking online in advance.

Very poor experience. Room was terrible and not maintained at all. Washroom was fully dirty and the flush was not working. Not worth the price – needs complete cleaning and repair

I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip as it was listed with parking availability. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find there was no parking at all. The hotel is located on a narrow, busy street full of cattle, making it extremely difficult to even stop and unload our luggage. When we asked the hotel staff about parking, we were bluntly told to “find your own” – absolutely no help or courtesy. The room itself was smelly, there were no water bottles provided, and the bathroom had leaking water and rusty fixtures. Everything felt old and poorly maintained – definitely not what was shown in the pictures. It’s clear this is a 10+ year old property with little to no upkeep. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years. The misleading listing, lack of basic amenities, and terrible customer service made this stay extremely frustrating. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
