Review Of The Athena Hotel

It was a good stay, though the rooms and everything are okayish. Rooms were good but not in the best of condition. And i booked it with breakfast but breakfast combo was also a weird thing as it was not a buffet which they should mention before hand.

I have stayed The Athena Hotel so many times and I feel best value for your money and nice comfortable rooms and good service

Horrible room with Moths inside and full room has cigarette smoke and smell and buds in the bathroom, smells horrible

Not clean, ac not working properly. Bathroom is also cleaned. Average stay as an experience. Lobby ac is also not working

The stay was good . Hotel has restaurant though it was expensive . there are stores and pharmacy at walking distance from hotel. It had Kettle and even hair dryer . also had locker . Bed was comfortable .Ac was fine. Linens were clean. Toilet and bath area was separate like abroad. overall a good experience

The water supply got disrupted in the morning and their response towards the same was horrible how come the water supply is gone without having any backup i have stayed here 5 months back as well, that experience was good

Pathetic experience, bcz of that water supply has been stopped suddenly and no one responds i call reception many times but the guy who is sitting on reception he is very illiterate and arrogant, I checked out at the same time.

I felt very comfortable property was very good food was excellent location easly traceable all staff was cooperative room was very excellent i enjoyed the stay

hotel management seems not Serious towards customers satisfaction. breakfast time beyond 8:30 am, dinner time till 9:30. very limited breakfast items e.g., poha and tea at 400 rupees

The hotel staff is extremely unprofessional and argumentative over every small issue. Basic amenities, such as drinking water, are not provided, making the stay highly unpleasant. It has been a terrible experience overall.

Great location but poorly maintained property, attitude of staff could be better. Corridors smell of alcohol during evenings, you have to ask for hot water. You get free dose of passive smoking in your room if someone is smoking in side room.

Each time i go to delhi, i stay here. Hotel is good. Staff is nice. Room service is very good. Food is not good and food is expensive. The rest is fine.

The services was very good. I found the location of the hotel very easily because it is situated on the main road and can easily be find on the google maps. Amenities and food was good too.

Staff was rude & very uncooperative. Breakfast was not buffet only offers 2 piece of prantas & curd. No serving atticates nothing just very bad experience.
