dirty room, wall socket not working, spider webs in ceilings and corners. Damp room. AC has no remote, so i cannot the temperature.

I stayed for 4 nights. Location wise not difficult to arrange transport. The main issue is with the room. 1. The room was damp, paint is coming out, spider web in the corners . 2. The sofa was damaged, towels provided had stains in it. 3. AC didn't have any remote, so if you want to lower or increase the temperature, you cannot do it. 4. Plugs were not working, had to take an extension cord to charge phones. 5. Bathroom was the biggest issue, after showering for only 3 minutes, water was pooling inside the bathroom and took long time to drain completely.

Very unhygienic toilets, no house keeping, very poor quality breakfast, dirty room and linens. Broken window Aircondition . No ventilation in room

Full of cockroaches. Paint falling off walls. No professional staff.

I did not stay there. I paid for 1000 sq ft room n was offered a small unclean room.

We entered the property late and were led through a shady entrance. The deluxe room was very small and lacked peace. We could hear noises till 2 pm as our room was on the ground floor and the kitchen cooking smell entered our room all the time. At a partimes whne i closed the bathroom door, the exhaust fan cover fell off scaring me

The condition of room was bad. Bed was not comfortable. Fan was making noises.

The location of the property is fine but other than that i had to face problems at every step. The fan makes noise, there is no proper natural or artificial ventilation in the room, improper lighting, and bed is extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Clogged sinks, water outlets caused too much trouble for me to rethink 1000 times if i ever choose to book this again.

The hotel was pathetic, rooms were dirty not as shown, Ac was not working. When u told them they were like " aeise he chlta hai ac". Because of uncomfortableness, i had to do an early check out. The staff was very weird. They started asking personal questions. The reception guy was passing a silly and weird smile and he was asking me personal questions again and again. It was a very bad experience. Horrible actually. I'll not suggest anyone for this hotel. Waste of money. Such a horrible experience.

The stay was ok not really good. They price was high according to the service given. The locality is nice but there was construction going on in the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved. The staff was helpful. You can get much better hotel in this price

Not provide hand wash, and not cleaned bedsheet or bedroom is poor

The stay and the service was good.
The hotel superior rooms are much better as compared to deluxe.

Kitchen is not operational and location is easily locatable
The stay was ok with very less basic amenities

No warm water available during december winters. Asked to pay extra while check out.
