    My experience at Shuryaa Hotel was nothing short of disastrous. The staff's ineptitude and discourteous demeanor were evident from the start. Despite confirming breakfast as part of my booking, I was asked to pay for it separately at the restaurant, without any prior notification. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they responded with a dismissive apology, showing no willingness to rectify the situation. The management's lack of accountability and responsiveness was staggering, with complaints falling on deaf ears. Every interaction with the staff was a struggle, leaving me feeling disrespected and humiliated. The hotel's failure to provide basic amenities and its unprofessional staff make it a place to avoid at all costs. I strongly advise against booking a stay at Shuryaa Hotel, as the experience is likely to be marred by frustration, disrespect, and a complete lack of customer care. Their inability to manage guest services and respond to concerns is a clear indication of their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Aesthetically beautiful, but poor restaurant service and the bathroom lacks features. Service in the restaurant is pretty delayed. Also the bathroom's hair dryer was too slow to actually dry one's hair. The size of the bathroom was too small as compared to other 5 star contemporaries like Radisson and Crowne Plaza.

    very small rooms . on booking with MMT it shows either twin/double when I booked the reception told that we have only twin beds not single double bed. that is why it was showing OR . And the rooms are very very normal no dood vibes inside the rooms.

    Terrible Experience at Hotel Suryaa New Delhi

    I checked in late in the evening. the Air conditioner temperature was at 16 degree or so and the room was like a chiller. Using the dash board I changed the temperature and attempted to sleep as it was already mid night. but the temperature control switch was not working and I had to switch on & off the A/C through out the night. To add on to the nightmare there was a house keeping guy knocking the door at mid night attempting to deliver someone else baggage. Also the in the adjacent room was making huge noise while operated which was a to my room
