The room was just above the disco and the windows and the mirrors were vibrating and making full noise. Not able to sleep , horrible experience

Terrible Stay
ok so the food is pathetic. had ordered 3rice in room dining. food was pathetic . zero standard. zero quality worse even after complaint no one got back. further carried my own bags to room. n then at checkout either they were short staffed or what but waited there too. even the complimentary coffee stuff was ok machine was not clean and milk packet were used . not even changed. in short not recommended for room. this review is coming from a frequent traveler with only 5 stars.

Excellent Stay
It was a memorable stat, the facility was very neet and clean, staff was vary cooperative and location was excellent. We were on Navrata fast and restaurant served us delicious fast food customised to out need which was a surprise for us. Even they made arrangements for such hotel guests in breakfasts.

Average Stay
The property was good, but the dinner served at the buffet was completely cold. After asking several times, we still didn't receive the hot food.

Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel, Aerocity! The property is amazing with great facilities, and the staff makes the experience even better. Special mention to Arpan, who handled our check-in process flawlessly and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Truly appreciate the warm hospitality. Extra bed was not avialble even after payment of extra bed. With the lon argument extra bed was placed in my room in midnight

Good Stay
The overall service was good, the people were helpful and kind, the rooms service staff was efficient too, however, the hotels taxi fare was too expensive and not worth that much money. Food was good and I liked the rooms however some of the amenities were missing, such as no soap bars and there were no shower cap or toothbrush. Next time pls improve on this.
