Had a wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel, Aerocity! The property is amazing with great facilities, and the staff makes the experience even better. Special mention to Arpan, who handled our check-in process flawlessly and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Truly appreciate the warm hospitality. We are extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommended!

Extra bed was not avialble even after payment of extra bed. With the lon argument extra bed was placed in my room in midnight

Good Stay
The overall service was good, the people were helpful and kind, the rooms service staff was efficient too, however, the hotels taxi fare was too expensive and not worth that much money. Food was good and I liked the rooms however some of the amenities were missing, such as no soap bars and there were no shower cap or toothbrush. Next time pls improve on this.

An average stay
We were delighted to get an offer for an upgrade on the room floor by the receptionist, but the same was tricked and we were placed in room 438 with blocked views. No matter whether it was room 238, 338 or 438...it just had the blocked views. Sincerely hope that Hotel management will upgrade the definition of an upgrade 😄.
