Have been to Claridges before, but this time the experience wasn't as good as before. The check-in and room were as expected. But the food disappointed- both in Pickwick and breakfast buffet. Since minibar items weren't clearly marked, we end up paying extra. But yes, the luggage staff and security staff were welcoming and helpful.

Stay was excellent...superb hotel ; best property in NCR...I tried desi Pakodas it was very delicious and mouth watery...There are 7 restaurants in whole property with a beautiful Seimming pool.

Poor Stay
Facilities in the room like there was no mirror in the room. Bathroom door lock was not functional and it kept getting auto locked from outside

Excellent Stay
My wife had a gre exam and stayed at this property coz it was very near to gre centre and to key locations and railway station. Food was amazing. We meet with Dhruv at reception who helped us with many things during our stay. Appreciate all the staff and claridge team for the wonderful stay we had.

Luxury Heritage Hotel with a heart!

Terrible Stay
My room category was degraded lower from the original(Pool view) to a basic room The check in experience was also really bad. They made us wait for 45 minutes even after we reached 1 hour after their check in time.
