staff is pathetic food quantity is just not up to the mark evwn the taste was really bad tv was not working they dont have proper beds

The stay was nice, the AC control is not that nice.

The room was good but there was some sort of noise from the ac vent the whole night till 4am, also none of the phones in the room were working hence could not contact the maintenance team.

My stay at Umrao Hotel Delhi was a luxurious and comfortable experience highlighted by spacious, well-appointed rooms with modern amenities, exceptional hospitality from attentive staff, diverse and delicious dining options, and relaxing facilities including a swimming pool and spa, all set in a clean and serene environment close to Delhi airport, making it an ideal retreat for both leisure and convenience. This blend of comfort, quality service, and excellent amenities made my visit truly memorable and enjoyable.

Staff on help desk is really rude they dont care either we stay or not They dont even response in manner I need wants to visit again there

My experience with Umrao was very bad! The hotel does not justify the tag of 4 star hotel. Personal advise - don’t stay here. The staff at the reception counter is very stern, rigid and not helpful at all. It’s not a hotel where they believing in giving great experience, it’s just another random hotel.

No up to mark, dirty carpet, AC cooling extremely low .... Can not adjust the AC, smelling Towels ... No value for Money

I recently had a stay at the umrao with my friend. The hotel is good but the air conditioning was not proper. What really was concerning for me was that the staff and the overall management of the umrao was very inhospitable. I have stayed at many grand properties but I have never faced such harsh conditions regarding second day room was poor and unhealthy, bathoom pipe was choked. Since we had booked for double bed but we got two single beds attached together which was very uncomfortable I feel we opt for such properties to feel welcomed, warm and at home but they truly made me feel like an outsider, an unwanted guest which was not appreciated.

THE UMRAO location was good. Food was delicious But They demand me to pay for Mini bar at my room which was EMPTY when I checked in.Which was very Bad. Even Miss Gitanjali who was Incharge for the same neither she Turnup at reception for not she call me for Apologies.Which was promised by front Manager Mr Amit. So be aware if u book this property.

Two rooms in Umrao were booked by us as a Five-Star resort but came out to be much lower. My points: • It is not a resort, just a congested small hotel. Its outdoor events venues do not create the resort ambience at all • Does not stand up to 5 Star rating. It simply does not have that DNA • It is an Events Venue, which sells its rooms too, to fill up capacity. So, its guest list is also oriented towards guests with events kind of behaviour and mindset – raucous, flashy and unbothered about others’ comfort • Its corridors are narrow with hard marble/granite flooring. So, its events guests keep running on them throughout the night creating noise all the way. • Maintenance of the rooms is quite bad with patchy complementary items which varied by the room. Washrooms were not in good state with flush buttons not working and water not getting drained out easily in the bathing area. Only the good food was the redeeming feature. Overall Not a value for money and not a pleasant stay.

Stay was fine, staff is good, hotel is clean and hygienic, just felt room ac could be better, food is alright.

Umrao provides one of the best services in Delhi. Its my all time preferred destination in Delhi. Very understanding and cooperative staff...their efforts are truly deserve appreciation.. Thanks team Umrao

Our stay at The Umrao was average. The room was small and not properly cleaned, there was visible dirt behind the sofa. Breakfast was good on the first day but felt repetitive the next. The pool was enjoyable for the kids, but the water quality wasn’t great, and it was quite shallow.

Amazing experienceit was and Staff was great and everything is perfect. Looking forward to visit again.
