Food was good and location and facilities were best I enjoyed my stay

The property is excellent and conveniently located, food is very tasty and hygienic, nothing to say about services, it’s very prompt.

Our room has some issues, so they gave us an upgrade . We enjoyed our trip .

Room Ac is not working I am calling staff nobody responds after 5 hour Her change my room I never go radisson again

I booked a day use room, the room handover was done after 1.5 hours of te designated time. When asked about the tentative time on the reception , host replied- we don’t have any idea we don’t want to give you a false hope once it will get ready we will let you know.

Me and my husband had good experience..Services and ambience are good..food was also good but little costly as pr taste..they can improve food taste if it's possible..overall it's a good choice for short time vacation you can enjoy amenities like spa, swimming pool, gym, bar etc

Outside noise was so loud coming to the room! At the main entrance no ine came to open the door of my car or carry my luggage, ok they give me a early checkin that was ok but i took my bags and others stuff myself as no one was even holding it even after saying! I never felt such experience in other 5stars later The king size bed wasn’t actually that big it was okayish, the room are spacious but the service was below expectation, i never expext this service from this hotel

My stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Ghaziabad was exceptional. The property offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with spacious, well-maintained rooms and modern amenities. We have booked the business room with bathtub . The rooms were wooden finished and nice . But the best thing what happend is we got and upgrade by the staff and we got business suite . The rooms were unexpected the best stya till date.

Property location along with its environment are too good

Unfortunately, the experience at the hotel was quite underwhelming. The front desk staff seemed clueless and rather unwelcoming—no smiles or warmth upon check-in or throughout the stay. In-room service was highly inefficient, and the food was bland. Every time I ordered, it felt like a gamble. Out of seven orders, only four were correct, and there was never an apology for the mistakes or missing items. Definitely not the level of service one would expect.

Property location was good but services was worst staff were not listing our query and were not trying to solve our problem ,AC was not working well even after giving huge amount of money and choosing 4 star hotel service was not worth it totally disappointed by the service of raddison blu
