Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi, Delhi

Room was awesome it smells good and super cleaned . Staff was also so helping .everything was so smooth I didn’t get any difficulty in anything. I will enjoy to do it again

Hotel location was ok, amenities, food and services are excellent. special thanks to manager ( i met him in the lobby i forget his name) he was very customer oriented very helpful i wishing all the best, it' s unfortunate i couldn't meet him before i leave, also mr.jitendra in the front desk made the check in process smoother the other person was mr.faraz very humble and helpful

Took overseas client and they complained about leakage. also 1 client reported room was not properly cleaned 1 client reported AC issue

We booked 1 king size bed but they give us 2ish le bed and when we asked for single bed they didn’t respond

also u keep on constantly calling to check-out, like we were some thief! U say 20% off on food itmes on your voucher and when asked u say it can be adjusted next time. Seriously? So unprofessional stuff.

Property food is good however it is expensive if I compare it to my other stays in similar accommodation. The location is good and near the Metro. Hospitality is good, however during checkin the room boy needs to be proactive and should let customers know about the basic amenities like TV switches, Geyser, Reception or restaurant numbers, laundry facility, Guest Wifi credentials. Room size and comfort - not up to the mark based on my experience. I have a feeling that they always give privileges to customers who have direct bookings. They give less priority to customers booking through travel portal/agencies.

I had a good and seamless stay at Radisson Blu Towers. It has clean rooms and decent staff service. Food was also decent.

The buffet is decent and good and ambiance was decent and the management is also responded fast

All amenities at hotel were good. While I was making booking it was shown on website that I will get 2 clothes dry-cleaning everyday but in booking paper it was not mention.

very poor service a.c is not working room is very small having bed smell wifi is not connected there is very bad noice in corridor people r shouting it looks like we r satying in A cheap hotel....

Outside view was of slum and garbage mountain....one can ignore but I was asked upfront for every meal I order..that was so annoying...like i would run away without paying for my food bills (such thing I had never seen anywhere), swimming pool was not operational, except a basic sweet room, room there was nothing good in the hotel.

Good stay and good food with prompt service and hygiene mini bar should have more options so that it would be easy for the customers to pick

It's clear that a great deal of thought has gone into creating a comfortable and luxurious environment for guests. The hotel's facilities were also first-rate. I enjoyed the pool area and the well-equipped fitness center. Dining at the in-house restaurant was a fantastic experience; the food was delicious, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, offering excellent recommendations. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Every single person I interacted with, from housekeeping to the concierge, was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. Their genuine warmth and commitment to service were evident and made all the difference. Worst kitchen service they have got. Zero manners on how to talk to a guest. They doesn’t straight away refused to heat the food.
