Dirty bed sheet cockroach moving all around termites found on furniture ac was not good enough to cool the room

cleaning not properly first day room provide very bad second day change' another room no morning tea facility and ac not properly cooling and ac remote not provided shower gel not provided towel was very poor

Very bad service and room was dirty and staff was not cooperating at all remote of air conditioner is not available and when we asked there was no reply . Hotel was terrible please do not send anyone there. Staff was not cooperative, bathroom was stinking, bed was broken, bed sheet was dirty, AC remote was not available had a terrible experience not recommend ti anyone and i suggest makemytrip to remove listing from it's website this property is damaging your name

It was really very bad experience, staff was specially reception person's behaviour was so rude,he didn't picked up the phone everytime if I have to ask for anything, I have to go from all the way from 3rd floor to reception ,rooms were not maintained ,washroom experience was disastrous as there was no water in the washroom and they made me to use another rooms washroom to take bath which got me late to my office.I really don't suggest anyone to choose this property for stay.

Telephone is not working ac is damaged lights can go at any point of time door lock not working food is terrible.

Food was average, rooms was below the average and room service was good. Hotel rooms needs to be repair.

The hotel had neither air conditioner cooling nor service, it was good, staff's behavior was very bad, complimentary breakfast was of very poor quality, all in all, very bad room, dirty, bedsheet, pillow, everything was useless. I just went to radisson blu the other day,

Hotel is very good with kind of tarrif they are charging, location is near to metro and eating points but my experience has been horrible as there was power cut in the night and hotel generator was not working, i could not sleep whole night that too in hot summer of delhi

Restro ac was not working, breakfast not good, service not good, staff is not polite, door auto key not working huge flies n mosquito in restra and premises, cockroach in room

We can improve much better, room quality is average. Breakfast time is not right time and also not provide at decided time. Due to this i m late to arrive at destination. Food quality is average, here is more scope to improve. Outer look should be attractive because this is first impression on customer.
