Hotel Rajpath Residency

My experience at Rajpath Residency Hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel was very dirty, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. There was no water available in the room, not even for the washroom. I had to spend the whole night without water and was forced to use the washroom near the reception outside the room. This is completely unacceptable. I’m very disappointed with the service.

Sink water is leaked, water comes in floor, shower is not working, no any food availability in hotel, no any dental kit, soap or properly service availability

No shop, oil no water no phone no breakfast worst service

Poor quality of tea and every experience even geejar not available in hotel don’t book waste of money

I am booking supireor room not provided and washroom lekege water and not clean. I will pay 2400rs but not worth.

Hotel room was dirty, bed was also not clean, toilet were horrible. Kindly do not prefer this hotel to anybody. Remove from your list, in case you will continue it will loose the credibility of mmt.

yes the receptionist girl and front staff were very rude, the attendant and cleaning staff were very irritating even though the allotted room was not clean then shifted another room that room was very worst in condition we came there after traveling about 15 hr in train but no relaxation that's why we left from the after 3-4 hrs.

Room was very smell, T. V. Not working properly ., no amenities. Room was very cold asking for heather but not provided.

Worst stay. I booked it through makemytrip. When I reached the hotel and inquired about my booking, they told me that they have not confirmed my booking. When I told them and showed the makemytrip confirmation message, they said who is makemy trip to confirm until unless we confirm it from our side. Then they gave me an address of another hotel and asked me to move to that hotel. I even went there but they also refused. Than I came back and after 45 minutes of chios they gave me a room.

It was an average hotel in terms of service... But having good location... Value for money... Need to improve room cleanliness... Overall an above average hotel but not good... Only main issue is cleanliness..

Nice location and clean hotel Kaushambi metro and very good especially for stay during wedding ceremony.. Nice clean and spacious rooms with booking available through makemytrip and goibibo which offers value for money... Hotel also has a complimentary handy hall at basement for small parties without any charge of hall which is very good. Food is also good and view from hotel is nice... Road in front of hotel is better than nearby hotels... Service staff is cooperative and prompt...
