There is a problem like AC is not cooling properly as at midnight weried sound came from the another room Buffets are not lavish and have a limited choice of menu towels are dirty at shower time but they are charging In my opinion my worst experience in my whole life I also belong to the hospitality sector they should have changed the entire policy

We have already informed our maintenance team to thoroughly inspect the AC system and address any underlying problems immediately. We also regret that our buffet selection and menu variety did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been shared with our culinary team, and we are continuously working to improve both quality and variety to better cater to our guests’ preferences. Regarding the condition of the towels, we take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. at the time of check out we found that there were blood stain on the towel and you also accepted that this is done by you.the stains are non removable As a fellow member of the hospitality industry, your feedback is especially valuable to us. We truly regret.

businessThe room size was too small and also a very compact bathroom (not seen this size ) in decent hotels. Also the ac control. Is not in the room and was kept switched off. The checkout time mentioned was 2pm on the booking however they started asking us to checkout by 12 noon.

Great Stay at Comfort Inn! I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a cozy bed, clean linens, and a well-functioning air conditioner. The bathroom was spotless, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—plenty of options, fresh food, and a well-stocked dining area. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, Comfort Inn provided excellent service, great comfort, and good value for money. Poor Stay

The room provided to us was clean but was too compact for the price paid (room no 305. Washroom too was too compact. There was no towel or handwash/soap in washroom. As soon as we checked in i entered the washroom for shower and there was no towel. I called reception and they took almost 20mins to send towel leaving me standing in washroom for it. And thereafter sending only one towel for double sharing kingroom. (minimum 2 towels are served in all hotels) also i told the waiter/manager about handwash but it wasn't provided. Inshort, room wasn't up to mark for the price i paid.
