They say there is water problem in the hotel and tjry shift us in hotel elite. Both hotel have same owner. In the night they do-not give dinner and they say sorry we forgot, they take extra charges also

Dear sir, we apologies for the incovinence caused to you and not meeting up your expectation, it was a technical problem thats why we shifted you to adjasent property and upgraded your room free of cost, also dinner is not included in your booking, thats why we charged you extra for dinner.

All are good in that stay and the tea was too good but only terrible things over there up to late night in a corridor huge sounds by the peoples which disturb your sleep and also there is no wifi.

My stay at Taru Inn

We shifted 2 rooms due to a number of problems, geyser was not working in one room, other room had no water supply, crockeries and jugs for water was not dirty not at all cleaned, bed sheets had visible stains, seating stool covers were very dirty, overall I would say the hotel deserves 2 stars due to above mentioned reasons otherwise its a 3 star hotel and rest things was good.
