The stay was excellent and the staff was very supportive and well behaved. Overall experience was great

Hotel did not allow to check in as they said they did not allow to checkin if id proofs are of local city.

They say there is water problem in the hotel and tjry shift us in hotel elite. Both hotel have same owner. In the night they do-not give dinner and they say sorry we forgot, they take extra charges also

Stay and room were nice. Room service can be better.

Room had a damp smell, white linens were not clean. Did not try the food

The location of the hotel is perfect, near the station and some good old shop to buy and eat

All are good in that stay and the tea was too good but only terrible things over there up to late night in a corridor huge sounds by the peoples which disturb your sleep and also there is no wifi.

We shifted 2 rooms due to a number of problems, geyser was not working in one room, other room had no water supply, crockeries and jugs for water was not dirty not at all cleaned, bed sheets had visible stains, seating stool covers were very dirty, overall I would say the hotel deserves 2 stars due to above mentioned reasons otherwise its a 3 star hotel and rest things was good.
