It was good and I have nice experience and feel very happy so good and reception was nice i will revisit again

Never come in this hotel ! Terrible, These people are not trustworthy and scold on customer! Endless excuses and say they can manage MMT even if wrong !

Bed bug was there. AC was not working. Water was coming out of washroom. Terrible experience. Will never recommend to anyone.

wrong rating at different apps, foul smells at whole room, dirty mattresses, even toilet are not cleaned properly. not recommended for family visits

Staff is very bad in behaviour and there is no hygiene room was very disgusting also they have any parking

I had booked it for my driver which was with breakfast but it was a bad experience they didn’t provide the breakfast on the first day also don’t have a car parking.

Lift was not working, room was allocated on 3rd floor. Once the room was allocated and we enetered in our room we saw bunch of cockroaches on bed. Upon calling from landline we found it was dead/ not working. i had to go down at reception via stairs and than ask to change the room and floor. There was no other room available in hotel for that particular garde. so we have to pay more to upgarde the room which was available and again stair was used to reached allocated room. Washroom was foun dirty, in front of us they cleaned the washroom again. worst experience.

Nice Hotel with a Good staff and ambience of the hotel. Staff was very helpful since the time of check-in till check-out and also at the time of breakfast they were very very helpful. Room was very neat and clean and everything was up to the mark. Location is also good. Value for money.

Car parking space is not available . Very conjusted entry and exit from hotel and too much noise . Food in hotel is not at all good . Very poor service all together . Rooms are very small and TV non functioning , washroom unhygienic.

in a double bed they provide us two mattresses we can't sleep properly and food is also pathetic we booked a complimentary breakfast package but they didn't provide breakfast The room and bathroom are also dirty waste of money don't visit

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Grand in. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff was polite, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Worst experience in my lifetime as after booking these staff make to to wait for than 2 hours, I reached hotel around 2.00 a.m first they said room is not available but once they check that I booked from make my trip then they alloted me room after around 4.30 a.m, Really this was my one of the worst experience with make my trip especially for this hotel
