First Hotel staff denied to check in due to excess payment demanded the demand 999/- more for checkin after that i called to customer care matter shortout but then he charged 300/- extra due to late night, his room condition not good, Geyser and hot water not available, I took bath cold water, then i asked for breakfast because breakfast included in Room terrif but hotel staff denied they said kitchen not open, we cant provide breakfast hotel staff behaviour not good

Worst amenities and facilities in this hotel, I checked out one day before as it was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. There is no proper parking space for the guests and the staff is confidently rude as they don’t care if any guest wants to stay or leave. Not recommending this property for anyone. Bugs all around in the room, no drinking water on checking in and not even clean toiletry and towel, the bed sheet was smelling like a dead animal.

Denied checkin, ask for 700 extra. No breakfast tho it was included. Dirty mugs and buckets. No keys given.

“Extra ₹1200 extorted even after paying full — no breakfast, AC-TV-geyser not working, unhygienic room & pathetic service. AC, TV, and geyser were non-functional. Bedsheets and bedding were dirty and used. Bathroom facilities were inadequate; only one tap produced very little water, and the shower was not working. No breakfast was provided despite it being included in the voucher. Phone/landline was not working, and room service was nearly non-existent. Light outages occurred frequently, making the stay extremely uncomfortable.

He take extra money 600 rs and pathetic rooms that hotel only takes money because of location and when i reach he clearly denied my prepaid payment he said give 600 In cash

It's very bad the room is not clean,washrooms are dirty food is bad staff members are bad overall experience is not good location is not safe no facilities are provided staffs members are bad in nature they do not listen and only ignore you water taps are not working water is leaking ac is not working even a bad smell is coming out of the room

We've been overcharged 400 by the hotel staff, and they're not providing a bill for the extra amount. Can someone help us get a refund

Even though the location is good, the services are pathetic. We opted for the hotel with breakfast and made the payment in advance, but services were absolutely negative. No drinking water, no toiletries, no electric kettle, no bathroom mat. Water dripping from all taps, geyser, small worms in the washroom and on the bed. No breakfast was provided, we were charged an additional amount of Rs. 500/- extra per night and additional commission of Rs. 300/- were extracted from us. I will never suggest anyone to book a room with this hotel, as the manager is arrogant, and makes everyone sit for hours, if the extra amount is not paid to him. There is no intercom facility and no working TV.

recommend nveer to book in this hotel. the reception desk guy always drunk and ask for extra money for check in and as the hotel booking is Non refundable so you have to compromise in paying extra.. also the hotel is not suitable for family or decent stay . i had the worst experience with hotel and finally have to ask MMT to shift in another hotel in night as the manager was so adamant that he even didnt tallk to OYO/MTM when i complaint the customer care of OYO. MTM. pathetic and drunk yard hotel.
