Hotel The Emporio Grand Near Vaishali Metro Station

The hotel is very inadequate and their food quality is very disappointing. Hotel staff is not supportive; they don’t give us breakfast properly and also do not provide a shop in the hotel. They take 10% GST on food.

Show you a property and put you in another property of a lower class. Not Recommended

Curtains, walls and taps are not clean. Never include breakfast - They simply overcharge you by giving Rs80 parantha and tea but charge 400 per day. Called multiple times to ask for Allout, but they kept saying we will provide. Better to book a different property than to get frustrated with hospitality

they said their property booking is full so they are shifting me to their another property , the property they shifted was horrible.

They charge extra for check in before time it was only 1 hrs before check in time Tap was so dirty

Rooms are good but having problem with food however we managed it out via Zomato so not a serious issue

Poor housekeeping Rude person at reception, feel they have no interest for the guest through MMT. complimentary breakfast was one Paratha & Tea for which a paid 335 to MMT at the time of booking. as per menu available in Room paratha rate is 80. 2nd when I object about complimentary breakfast they offered a butter toast addition to paratha which cost was 60. Requesting MMT to arrange to return the Breakfast amount after adjusting the actual cost.

Gyser was non operational.The hotel call the electrician and it took away the gyser itself.Had to deal with cold water. Left gyser water pipes open afrer removal. It led water logging on the bathroom floor.

Rooms were big but service was not upto standard. Average rooms and the price of booking via app Wass much higher than spot booking. I felt like cheated.

The past experience of the hotel was good , however this time i didnt like the behaviour of the reception , rude and unapologetic behaviour

Hotel staff is not good. Hot water and basic toiletries at not available. Dirty beddings are used in the room.

location excellent, service good especially Hritik boy in the hotel was polite, bought mosquito repellent, extra blanket etc. amenities good, my room water heater was not working...

Rooms are so suffocating and dirty. poor service. geyser was not working.There was pan masala spitting on d wall.

Firstly the manager shifted me to some far away hotel. And the room was way below average. Food was not too bad not too good. Didn't get water when i needed to go out. Hotel staff were nice came back at 2 am and they were there to give me back my key.
