Hotel The Emporio Grand Near Vaishali Metro Station

Firstly the manager shifted me to some far away hotel. And the room was way below average. Food was not too bad not too good. Didn't get water when i needed to go out. Hotel staff were nice came back at 2 am and they were there to give me back my key.

I reached at 11:45 pm on 06.11.25 . The hotel denied me checknin causing DOLD OUT . I called MMT professionals but all in vein and by 1:30 late night , I had to opt a lower grade hotel . Terrific experience with horrible stress . Neither the hotel not the MMT helped me in such a panic situation .

I booked my stay through MMT, paid in advance but when I reached the hotel they denied checkin saying all the rooms are already sold, Later the hotel receptionist adviced me that they can arrange another property of emporio group only.

My stay was for 4 days, for first 2 days their WIFI and TV was not working. I was continuously chasing them to fix it. There landline intercom was also not working. Such a pathetic experience i had wile staying in this hotel. For my complimentary high tea i used to call them everyday “Sir please give me my High Tea with bread toast”. One day i asked to give me 2 plates and they charged me 100Rs. Neither they are providing any service nor they have good staff. Even for your prebooked food, you have to call them multiple times.

All good and services are also good we recommend to all those who r willing to stay in gaziabad definitely willstay next time here

Property is nice and is at good location. staff is also good and responsive . its a new property so neat and tidy.

No appropriate facility kit is given before check in even drinking water is chargeable. No tea facility provided by hotel management .

I arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. and wanted to sleep immediately, but they gave me a terrible room. The bathroom flush wasn’t working, the water jet was broken, and water was leaking everywhere. I’ve never seen such a dirty and poorly maintained hotel in my life.please don't go there only by seeing rating.. Terrible

the rooms were not clean at all. no maintenance is there for the room as well as the washroom. maximum amenities are broken. the service is worst.

the rooms were stinking and bathroom was stinking too. there was no one to bring the luggage from the room at the time of check out. the breakfast served was only aloo paratha which were old. my advise is not to order food and infact don't stay there. would have given rating in negative but could not do so because the rating starts from 1

1)Hotel has high volume of check in/out , but Management seems to hv a policy of changing Linen at fixed interval and not on guest in/out basis. It was dirty and used. 2) Geyser was not functional , had to req hot wtr bucket.3)FYI there is no refrigerator in room so pls amend amenities section. 4) Pls define the meaning of Toiletries so that travellers are aware - only hand soap and bathing liq provided. 1)The Emporio Grand management seems to hv a policy of changing linen at fixed interval ( like weekly or 10 days) and not with the change of guest . The linen was definitely used and pillow covers were smelly. 2) Geyser was not working, had to req for hot water in bucket. 3) Rooms do not hv a refrigerator - pls ammend the amnenties section. 4)pls define Toiletries- only hand wash and bathing liq is provided.

room was not available when we reached at 11:30 PM. they asked us to wait and arranged the room somehow. how was the room not available when we had a full day booking, we don't understand. Also the room was not fully clean.
