No Mini Bar: Despite the listing on your website stating that a mini bar would be available in the room, there was none present.
Unhygienic Conditions: The room was not cleaned properly. There were visible stains on the floors and the furniture.
Dirty Washroom: The washroom was not up to standard. The cleanliness was questionable, and there were marks and stains on the walls and tiles.
Dirty Bucket: The bucket provided in the washroom was visibly dirty, which is highly disappointing.
No Kettle for Tea/Coffee: I was surprised to find there was no kettle provided for tea or coffee, even though your website mentioned such a facility would be available.
I chose your hotel based on the positive reviews and the facilities listed, but the reality did not match what was promised. I kindly request that you address these issues and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same problems.
