I initially booked my stay for two nights but ended up extending it for four more, which speaks to my overall positive experience. As for the hotel, it is decent and provides a comfortable stay. The room I was given was spacious, with a well-sized bed. Sir ,3rd december & some dates of december was marriage dates. So,the charges will be on higher side.Hospitality industries waits for few dates in a year that is marriage dates. You have not suggested for our food,other services. Give us another chance to give our best services

Very pathetic service, dont know how to talk, booked hotel for 10, 000-, still they asked 20- for 1 extra water bottle. Only customers who are about to pay get respect and the ones who have already done the payment are taken as granted. Seriously. Worst experience both with the hotel and mmt plans.

The room was fine but there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff at the reception was confused about their own policies regarding check-out time, complimentary water bottles, room upgrade etc.

Very sorry for the cockroaches in the bathroom. Hotel will work on it & will make sure that non of the guest face this type of problem. As per up gradation of room is concern ,you had the booking for basic room that is superior room,but staff at reception upgraded you room to executive without any charges,still you are complaining.It is very clearly mention in the policy that visitors are not allowed to go in the room. Whenever any one book rooms ,in the voucher only it is very clearly mention of check in time & check out time.

Good hotel but there was one manager was very rude and he does not know how to talk with people. Rest of all are good other staff was good the food was good the location was also good. The manager also makes holes on my adhar card so i request you not to give your adhar card you should give the copy of your adhar card.

This is baseless allegation that you are making on manager. Their is 2 camera in front office & why any staff will make hole in your aadhar card. You must have shown your holed(Allegation you marked ) aadar card to manager at that time only. After checking out you are making this type of base less allegation to hotel.

Their was no smell in the room as well as in the reception area. After the guest c/out, our director personally visited the room. Even he do not find any smell. As per as water flowing form A C is concern, it was at 16 % & it was at dry mode. Obviously water will flow from A/C. More ever during her stay guest never complain for any thing. If she might had complained we might given her more option of room.

Please don't stay here staff is very rude. They are liar they first tell that they will provide extra bed but they don't they also told that they'll give room on first floor but they provide on 2nd floor. Very bad please don't stay here

But in our policy in GOIBOBO it is very clearly mention that we do not provide bed for third person,we provide mattress for third person on the floor. Before booking for any hotel please go though the policy & term & condition of the hotel. You will not face this type of problem. We had offer you rooms on ist floor as well as on second floor. You opted for second floor.

I had to change 3 rooms within 2 hrs of check in as the acs were not working. Poor mentainence. Poor room service. Poor food quality

Receiving the guest and interaction is very bad. Mosquito presence is there in room, food quality is poor and very less choice. Staff behavior is not friendly. I stayed there for fine nights. I felt uncomfortable staying. I will never stay again and suggest friends to avoid such hotels.
