There is no restaurant. Food quality bad. Room is ok ok not that like shown on social media.

Very rude staff; zero service, they act like they’re goons and are ready to fight for small things; when asked for anything act like unkown

The room was damp, had to ask for a room freshner, the telephone was not working plus they're was no basic refreshment.. not even coffee and sugar pouches or tea dips. When tried to order tea from canteen even that was not available

Very pathetic Hotel, foil smell everywhere in the room & washroom. The place was so dead that I even couldn't manage to stay even for one night and even after paying the amount, i changed my Hotel.

Property is not maintained, property is very cheaper, when you see front side it’s very beautiful but inside interior is very cheap , cheap types rooms

Found on MMT and Experience was Good. The room was clean and the staff was well allowed early check-in

Stay was good. Staff are cooperative. Rooms are good enough for price. Rooms don’t have ceiling fans. Instead Central AC is used to maintain temperature. Personally I prefer ceiling fans along with AC

too dirty smell like a washroom 🤮 🤮🤮🤮 I can't recommend any one my experience is too horrible smell cannot tolerate

Food is good but most of the time lift not working properly. Front desk staff in very poor. Service are not good

In fact hotel having two types of accommodation, for it's worst experience, toilets are water logged, towels room etc. are bad smelling. AC functions from their control room. No room service. Staff are ill mannered. I don't know how MMT is linked with this type of hotel.

Very disappointed with the hotel. I stayed there in march 2025 for a night. The staff is unprofessional. The property is not maintained properly. It is like rs 800-900 type rooms. Door locks were broken. Ac was not working. Geyser were not working in some rooms. Even other guests were also complaining. Will not stay again and and also will not recommend to anyone.

Worst, never book bad interiors and no resturant and business meeting room in it, also staff is not well professional. Not recommended

Shabby rooms, broken furniture, dingy place, wifi wasnt working! it was diabolical! woudnt recommend specially to a family!
