Sink water is leaked, water comes in floor, shower is not working, no any food availability in hotel, no any dental kit, soap or properly service availability

Dear Guest, We provide soap and towels for sure. The intercom is there in every room, I wonder how you missed to see it. For complementary breakfast, you have to choose CP plain while making booking.

Terrible Stay
Hotel room was dirty, bed was also not clean, toilet were horrible. Kindly do not prefer this hotel to anybody. Remove from your list, in case you will continue it will loose the credibility of mmt.

yes the receptionist girl and front staff were very rude, the attendant and cleaning staff were very irritating even though the allotted room was not clean then shifted another room that room was very worst in condition we came there after traveling about 15 hr in train but no relaxation that's why we left from the after 3-4 hrs.

One of the worst stay
Worst stay. I booked it through makemytrip. When I reached the hotel and inquired about my booking, they told me that they have not confirmed my booking. When I told them and showed the makemytrip confirmation message, they said who is makemy trip to confirm until unless we confirm it from our side. Then they gave me an address of another hotel and asked me to move to that hotel. I even went there but they also refused. Than I came back and after 45 minutes of chios they gave me a room.

Average hotel
It was an average hotel in terms of service... But having good location... Value for money... Need to improve room cleanliness... Overall an above average hotel but not good... Only main issue is cleanliness..

Good location & clean hotel
Nice location and clean hotel Kaushambi metro and very good especially for stay during wedding ceremony.. Nice clean and spacious rooms with booking available through makemytrip and goibibo which offers value for money... Hotel also has a complimentary handy hall at basement for small parties without any charge of hall which is very good. Food is also good and view from hotel is nice... Road in front of hotel is better than nearby hotels... Service staff is cooperative and prompt...
