The resort location is right next to a temple where loud devotional songs & local songs are played day & night nonstop, if you are planning to go there to relax in a quiet environment then you can skip this resort & find better resorts a few Kms away on the same stretch. also the front desk is most of the time not reachable on intercom & be aware of the final settlement billing, they will say they will email the final bill but they won't & later followups are ignored. So check your final bill before checking out, they will charge you extra without your knowledge. Overall the resort is ok for a day trip. Food was ok, but charges were not justified for the quality & quantity. Also, don't fall for their policies, they follow nothing as mentioned. They will allow alcohol & smoking inside the premises in spite of mentioning "not allowed" in their policies section. No covid protocols followed. Overall you can skip this resort.

Hi Sir,We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I have gone through the complete situation and issues raised by you and almost all the concerns were taken care of by us and for the music noise mentioned by you above, was there for hardly 5 min and after which it was not audible in the resort. the noise was due to some technical issues outside the resort. We have gone through with the billing matter as well and the bill was provided to you on the same day over the mail id provided by you and there was delay in bill due to server related issues and sir you were in a bit of a hurry so due to this reason hard copy of bill was not provided. We have clearly mentioned in the policies that smoking is not allowed inside the rooms but it is allowed in open and assigned smoking areas. Intercom issue was there because whenever you called to the reception our receptionist were busy with other guest concerns and the intercom was busy at that time instead of unreachable. Hope that we were clear on all points. We wish if you could give us another chance to server and give you better experience.For any other concerns contact on mentioned Thanks & Regards,KaranManager
